Required Documents for Application
To complete an application to Al-Mustafa International University (South Africa), applicants are required to submit the following documents. All documents must be clear, legible, and certified where applicable.
General Requirements (All Applicants)
Completed Online Application Form
Certified copy of a Valid Identity Document or Passport
Recent Passport-size Photograph
Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) or résumé
Personal Statement / Motivation Letter outlining academic goals and reasons for applying
Proof of language proficiency, where applicable
Undergraduate Programme Requirements
Applicants applying for Bachelor’s degrees in Humanities, Islamic Studies, or Social Sciences must submit:
Certified copy of National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent school-leaving qualification
Certified copy of Academic Transcripts or Statement of Results
School completion certificate or equivalent international qualification
Any additional supporting documents requested by the Admissions Office
Postgraduate Programme Requirements
Applicants applying for Honours, Master’s, or PhD programmes (studying in Iran) must submit:

Certified copy of an Undergraduate Degree Certificate
Certified Academic Transcripts
Research interest statement (where applicable)
Master’s Degree Applicants
Certified copies of Undergraduate and Honours Degree Certificates
Full Academic Transcripts
Detailed Research Proposal (if required by the programme)
Two Academic Recommendation Letters
PhD Programme Applicants
Certified copies of Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Certificates

Comprehensive Research Proposal
Two to three Academic Recommendation Letters
Evidence of prior research or publications (where available)
